- Crypto-Exchange License (Poskytovanie služieb zmenárne virtuálnej meny) Authorizes holders to facilitate the exchange of one cryptocurrency for another for a fee (Crypto/Crypto).
- Crypto E-Wallet License (Poskytovanie služieb peňaženky virtuálnej meny) Allows legal entities or branches in Slovakia to provide custodial services for virtual/crypto wallets, managing them on behalf of clients.
Holders of both authorizations can provide a wide range of virtual asset-related services, including:
Exchange Services
- Virtual currency to fiat currency. Fiat currency to virtual currency. Virtual currency to another virtual currency.
Custodial Services
- Secure storage of virtual currency on behalf of clients. Transfer of virtual currency between wallets.
Temporary Fiat Custody
- Holding fiat currency for a specified period before converting it to cryptocurrency.
